I forgot my password, how can I access my account?

Use the lost password option to have your password reset and emailed to you.

To reset your password, navigate to the login page, then click the ‘Request a Password Reset?’ link.

When you fill in your registered email address (and answer your account security question if set), you will be sent instructions on how to reset your password.

You will receive an email containing a link to click. Once the link is clicked, your password will be reset and emailed to you. Return to the login page and enter your new password to access your account.
