Yes. There are domain registration and hosting service solutions available for designers/developers/resellers.

The system allows account holders to set-up unique profiles which can be used when registering domains names.

This enables a designer/developer/reseller to create client profiles to be used when registering domains on clients behalf.

The designer/developer is billed for all services via their account and bills clients directly for services purchased on clients behalf.

Although not a turnkey reseller solution, the system does allow account holders to manage unlimited domain names and create unique profiles for each domain. This enables a designer/developer/reseller to manage all client domains from the user friendly interface.

Partner Hosting solutions are also available to enable designers/developers/resellers to provide clients with own brand hosting control panels (cPanel), which can be conveniently managed via a management interface (WHM).
